Vernon’s design practice leverages 3D modeling and parametric design software, such as Rhino and Grasshopper, to develop tools and systems that empower users to customize their live/work spaces and affordably enhance their functionality.
As part of his thesis research, Vernon is creating an ecosystem of modular components that democratize the design/building process. He aims to reduce construction costs by eliminating the need for specialized tools, materials, and skills. Vernon leverages disruptive technologies, such as additive and subtractive manufacturing, to lower the overall cost of entry into the interior design space.
